The MurphySofa is now available in the twin sized format. A vertical single murphy bed which lowers down over top of the storage sofa. No need to move anything out of the way, just a smooth transition from bedroom to playroom or living room. Ideal for a small guest room or a child’s room to expand your space and give you flexibility. Custom built to order so you can choose your panel finish from a popular glossy white to a wood tone. You can also choose from a variety of fabrics from a classic neutral grey to a fun color. Final sale product – custom-built cannot be refunded.

Pairs very well with a Mini Boost table which can fit under the closed wall bed.

FAQs

Do you need a table below for this to work?
No, you could leave nothing in front if you choose. The MurphySofa allows for an optional table below. If you look closely in the video there is about a 1 inch gap between the frame and the Boost table below! The Transforming table and Box Coffee can go much lower for a larger gap.

Do we do custom cabinetry or shelving for this?
If the 60cm shelving does not suit your home we think it would be best to hire a local cabinet maker to build around the MurphySofa. They can color match and build around it to fit your room exactly. See an example of the 60cm in the video below.

Shipping Information

Fully insured for safe delivery. Built to order in Europe (to USA/Canada sizing!) and delivered in 3-4 months after your order is placed. Final sale item.

Assembly required

This MurphySofa requires assembly, approximately 5hrs with 2 people. We provide Skype and phone assistance as well as manuals and video guides.

Wall Mounting Required

Homes have different wall structures and it is important to get the correct anchors for your wall. While most hardware is included in this we do require you purchase your own wall anchors for this reason. After you determine your wall type (Drywall, Brick, Concrete, Wood etc) we can advise you on anchors or you can talk to your local hardware store or have your installer advise.

Warranty

Extended 5 year warranty on mechanics. The system is built to last with a solid metal bed frame and pistons rated for 10,000 uses.

Mattress size

You can test out a mattress that suits your comfort level and lifestyle. This will fit any North American Twin(single) Sized mattress under 10 inches in height. We strongly recommend a 8-9 inch mattress so you can leave your pillows duvet and other items on. It is compatible with the Expand 8″ gel mattress or the 9 inch magniflex.
