Operating the table:
- Simply lift up the table (it will have some resistance) and after it is about half way up it will self-lift up (if you have heavy items you might need to assist or guide a bit).
- On the way down you should guide the table down all the way. Do not lean heavily on the extended portion as it could tip. Do not sit or stand on the table.
